The Head of Corporate Affairs will be responsible for rationalizing the corporate affairs for the organization. This will include overseeing Group Human Resources, Legal and compliance, corporate communications and Group Administration. Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Relevant degree with at least 5 years’ in senior leadership role covering human resources, public relations, and legal or corporate affairs
• Self-motivated, resourceful and are highly analytical
• Possess excellent communication skill
• Strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills

” Prepare Company’s and Group’s financial statements & reports
” Prepare budgets and forecasts
” Perform cost-variance analysis
” Analytical review and problem-solving

” Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / ACCA/Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience
